I am currently exploring the best way to share my Body Awareness classes, a form of movement that integrates alignment, flexibility and strength with presence, energy and meditation. These exercises have come to me through years of exploration, study, practice and teaching experience. They are a delicious blend of dance training, yoga, pilates, meditation, expressive movement and somatic healing. The objective is for you to become intimately acquainted with your body, able to feel and understand what it is telling you and respond appropriately. Beyond that, it can also provide a gateway to experience other dimensions and hear your inner voice.

Our life experiences and traumas are not only hidden in our unconscious mind but also stored in our bodies. Developing intimacy with your body is critical for long term health and will support you on your spiritual journey towards self-awareness.
